Tax Form 1310

I am filing my late father’s last Federal and State tax returns. I am completing Form 1310. I am the court appointed executor. My assumption is that the refund check will be in my name? Also if I input my bank account info on the 1040 lines 76b and c, will the check be direct deposited instead of mailed?
